Easy to schedule. Completed in the time given me. When I called to add something else for the service tech to do after the vehicle was already in the shop, Melvin had already seen it needed to be done he had it already taken care of. I have always had excellent service from Doggett and Melvin since I bought my Grand Highlander over 2 years ago.
